Onyx Boox Monte Cristo – мощная, поддержка всех форматов, но дороже.
- Onyx Boox Note Air 3 – 10.3" e-ink screen, excellent PDF handling, supports stylus for annotations.
- Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C – 10.3" color e-ink screen, powerful processor, Android-based for installing apps.
- Kobo Elipsa 2E – 10.3" screen, good for PDFs, comes with a stylus for note-taking.
- Kindle Scribe – 10.2" screen, good for PDFs but limited in flexibility compared to Onyx.

Google Docs is a “Code block” element.
It looks like a grey box with monospaced text.
In the top-left corner of the block there’s a dropdown menu where you can select a programming language (Python, SQL, Java, etc.).
Google Docs then applies syntax highlighting and formatting for that language inside the block.
How it was created:
Place the cursor where you want the block.
Go to the menu: Insert → Building blocks → Code block.
Alternatively, type @code block in the document, and select Code block from the smart chip menu.
A grey block will appear with the language dropdown in the top left.
In Google Docs you can take existing text and convert it into a code block:
Steps:
Select the text you want to format as code.
In the top menu, click Format → Paragraph styles → Code block.
Or, if you see the small toolbar bubble appear when text is selected, you may also find Code block there.
The grey block will be applied, and you’ll get the dropdown in the corner to pick the programming language (Python, SQL, etc.).
Alternative shortcut:
Type @code in the doc → choose Code block.
Then paste your existing text into the new block.
-----------------------------
When you copy–paste Python (or any code) into a code block,
Docs often treats each line as a paragraph rather than a line break,
so it inserts an extra blank line after each statement.
Why it happens
In Google Docs, pressing Enter creates a paragraph break.
In most editors/IDEs, pressing Enter creates just a line break.
When you paste into Docs, it preserves those as paragraphs, so in a monospaced “code block” style, you end up with double spacing.
How to fix / remove the empty lines
Paste with “Shift+Ctrl+V” (Windows/Linux) or “Shift+Cmd+V” (Mac)
→ This pastes without formatting, preventing the extra blank lines.
Then apply the “Code block” style.
Use Find & Replace
Press Ctrl+H (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+H (Mac).
Search for \n\n (two newlines).
Replace with \n (one newline).
Make sure “Match using regular expressions” is enabled.
Convert to code block after cleaning
Paste your code as plain text first.
Run the cleanup (remove double spacing).
Then apply Insert → Building blocks → Code block.

https://www.reddit.com/r/browsers/comments/yge87s/best_tab_and_tab_group_manager_for_chrome/
1. Built-in Chrome Features
----------------------------
Tab Groups: Right-click on a tab and select “Add tab to new group.”
You can color-code groups and label them to quickly find related tabs.
This is especially useful for categorizing by task, project, or priority.
Pin Tabs: Right-click on a tab and select “Pin” to shrink it to just the icon,
which saves space for tabs you access frequently, like email or project management tools.
Tab Search: If you have too many tabs open, use the tab search feature
(click the downward arrow in the top right of Chrome
or press Shift + Command + A on Mac or Shift + Ctrl + A on Windows)
to find the one you need without scrolling through.
2. Tab Management Extensions
------------------------------
Workona: This extension lets you create workspaces, which are groups of tabs saved by topic or project.
You can quickly switch between workspaces and even sync them across devices.
It’s excellent for people who work on multiple projects.
OneTab: When you find yourself with too many open tabs, OneTab allows you to collapse them into a single list.
You can restore individual tabs or the whole group as needed, which helps reduce memory usage and visual clutter.
Toby: Toby replaces your new tab page with a visual organization of saved tabs and collections.
You can organize tabs into specific groups for easy retrieval, which is great for people who revisit similar tabs often.
Session Buddy: This tool helps you save your browsing sessions so you can restore them later.
You can use it to organize tabs by session, which is helpful if you work on different tasks at different times.
The Great Suspender (No Tracking):
To keep Chrome running smoothly with many tabs open, use a tab suspender.
This one automatically suspends inactive tabs, freeing up memory without losing your place.
3. Keyboard Shortcuts
Learning a few shortcuts can help you quickly navigate and manage tabs:
Switch between tabs: Ctrl + Tab or Ctrl + Shift + Tab
Jump to a specific tab: Ctrl + 1, Ctrl + 2, etc. (up to Ctrl + 8)
Reopen a closed tab: Ctrl + Shift + T
Open a new tab: Ctrl + T
4. Bookmark Folders
If there are tabs you don’t need open all the time, you can save them in bookmark folders:
Right-click on the bookmarks bar and choose “Add folder.”
Drag your favorite or frequently used tabs into these folders for easy access, without cluttering your tab bar.
5. Vertical Tab Managers
Extensions like Tree Style Tab (for Chrome) display your tabs in a vertical sidebar,
which can make it easier to manage a large number of tabs. It’s particularly helpful if you’re using a widescreen monitor.
6. Using Profiles
If you work on multiple projects or contexts, create multiple Chrome profiles (Settings > Manage People).
Each profile has its own set of tabs, bookmarks, and extensions,
so you can switch between them without cluttering a single browser window.
Combining some of these methods can give you a highly organized, uncluttered browsing experience in Chrome!
- Safari's Built-in Tab Groups: If you’re on macOS Monterey or later, Safari has built-in tab groups.
You can save groups of tabs by project or topic and easily switch between them,
making this feature quite powerful for casual tab management.
- Workona Tab Manager: Workona is known for its workspaces, which let you organize tabs by projects.
- Tab Suspender for Safari: This is useful if you’re looking to reduce memory usage rather than organize tabs.
- It suspends inactive tabs to free up memory and can help Safari run more smoothly.
- Tab Manager Plus
- Safari Tab Switcher
- Tab Space
1. Export the Output as a Table
If Output is Small:
Copy the table directly from the Databricks notebook output.
If Output is Large:
Use the following command to save it as a CSV file:
df = spark.sql("DESCRIBE table_name")
df.toPandas().to_csv("describe_output.csv", index=False)
Download the describe_output.csv file and open it in a spreadsheet application like Excel.
2. Format the Table for Confluence
If Pasting Directly:
Paste the copied content into Confluence while editing the page.
Select the content and click Insert Table in the toolbar to format it into a Confluence table.
If Using CSV or Excel:
Open the describe_output.csv file in Excel.
Copy the table content.
In Confluence:
Click on the Table button in the toolbar (or type /table).
Paste the content into the table, ensuring proper alignment.
3. Insert the Table into Confluence
Save and publish the Confluence page after adding the table.
Example Confluence Table:
col_name data_type comment
id int Primary key column
name string Name of the entity
created_at timestamp Creation timestamp
This approach creates a clean and well-formatted table in Confluence based on the DESCRIBE table output.
You can run this LLM on Ollama [0] and then use Continue [1] on VS Code.
The setup is pretty simple:
* Install Ollama (instructions for your OS on their website - for macOS, `brew install ollama`)
* Download the model: `ollama pull yi-coder`
* Install and configure Continue on VS Code (https://docs.continue.dev/walkthroughs/llama3.1 <- this is for Llama 3.1 but it should work by replacing the relevant bits)
